Ingredients: chickpea flour, fava bean flour, thickeners (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, carrageenan), inulin (from chicory), Himalayan black salt, salt, colouring food (curcuma), flavourings, inactive yeast, starch. Dextrose, spieces.
Usage: Mix 40g of Omelette powder with 16g of oil and 160ml of water. let it stand for 2 minutes, then fry it in an oiled pan to the desired consistency.
